Exchange Policy

Exchange Eligibility

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• The product should not be damaged by customer use.

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Customized or altered products.
• Products purchased during clearance or special sale events.
• Used, washed, or damaged products.
• Products without original tags or packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with product photos. After verification, we will arrange an exchange or replacement.

• Provide your Order ID and reason for exchange.
• Share product images if requested.
• Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Shipping Charges

Exchange shipping charges may apply unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
